Left In Lowell

This is such a juicy rumor that I had to make a short post on it. LeftinLowell has recently learned that there was a possible editorial shakeup at 15 Kearney Square in the last couple weeks. A reporter is reported to have stated that they are now allowed to “actually be reporters.” This is not snark, even if it sounds too snarky to be true. I will be keeping my eye on the Lowell Sun these next few months to see if I can ferret out this newfound sense of truthful coverage. It will be especially important because this summer is going to be rife with local activism surrounding affordable housing and city planning. If the Sun starts doing real reporting, I will certainly be the first person to congratulate them.
