If passed, there could be 7 more units of “affordable” housing in Tewksbury:
A local developer has applied for site approval from the state for a proposed 26-unit affordable housing project on Main Street.

Twenty-five percent would be affordable, or about seven units.
Admirable, though seven seems like such a small number. And of course, the truly poor can’t afford “affordable.”
