Be All You Can Be: More Community Meetings

by at 5:28 pm.

I got the motherload email from the Governor-elect today with a list of the next two weeks’ community meetings of all shapes and sizes. They are listed below the clicky thing. There are definitely a few I’d like to attend myself!

The Patrick-Murray Transition Team is setting up a series of issues-focused Community Meetings across the state.

These meetings are a tremendous opportunity for anyone to come and participate in shaping the direction of our government.  Each Community Meeting will be hosted by one or more of the fifteen working groups created to help shape the new administration’s policy agenda.  They need your input to make the administration a success.

The first confirmed Community Meetings are scheduled for Friday, December 1st. You will find the details below.   Bring your friends and family.

The currently scheduled meetings appear below with more to come. You can always get the most updated information at www.patrickmurraytransition.org.

Maybe you could solicit some thoughts on any topic for which you will attend the community meeting.

Note there are two in Lowell, one (Local Government/Budget & Finance) at the Mayor’s reception room in City Hall, and the other (Workforce Development) at Middlesex Community college.
