The Lowell Sun is reporting on its that “University of Massachusetts President Jack Wilson will recommend U.S. Rep. Marty Meehan for the position of UMass Lowell chancellor tomorrow in Worcester to the university’s Board of Trustees.” They are expected to approve the recommendation.
It was obvious that after the three finalists came to Lowell, Congressman Meehan was the favorite.
Chancellor-to-be Meehan will be introduced tonight at the Trustee dinner. I guess the race for the next representative of the 5th District has officially begun.

I don’t know.

I don’t know him.
I actually like Eileen as a candidate, who obviously, is no friend of John’s.
Just hoping it’s a Lowell person.

You and I finally agree on something. What it only took about 12 months.
