It is with sadness that I read today of Senator Kennedy’s diagnosis. We send our best to him and his family, and hope for successful treatment, though this is not good news.

Moses never got to the Promised Land. He got to see it, though.

My father died from cancer. I have always thought it was a sort of karma thing. He would not have ever won father of the year. I had the same thoughts when I heard about Ted. He is not an honorable man. Nor is he a man of principal. He is a self absorber politician who has live his life as if he and his family are above the law. Just ask restaurant managers in Hyannis.
Just ask the family of Mary Jo.
He is a powerful man. But only because he has fooled so many voters for so long. The voter got as addicted to his power is he has. He wields that power to increase his own power.
That he now has cancer does not change the truth.
I would never wish cancer on anyone. But I do not feel any sorrow or compassion for him or his family. He does not deserve it. There are great men and woman who serve selflessly without the need for public recognition of their service. Ted is not among them.
