Thanks to our local access cable station, LTC and the videoblogging web site bliptv, Lowell City Council, now we can quickly post video links of meetings less than 24 hours after they have concluded.
After reading the comments on my previous post on the Sub-Committee meetings, I realized that maybe I was not clear about the “knife ordinance.”
Here is the 24 minute video of yesterday’s Public Safety meeting. You do not need to watch the whole thing; you can fast forward but early on we get an explanation as to what this ordinance is all about. In the future, I will learn to edit and we will post the relevant portions.
Thanks Jason. This is a great public service.
Yes, I’m still trudging away at the next version of the site. Work has slowed, particularly because I’ve got so many paying clients to think about right now. I won’t complain!
However, I’ve made some code breakthroughs to the first version of the site (including a neat RSS feed aggregator of all local blogs, that will update frequently and automatically throughout the day) so things really are progressing, even if it’s not as fast as I really wanted to go.
So don’t fret, it will come. I promise!!
