This project seems to be progressing well, and should be eligible for federal stimulus funding despite the contrary report for the delayed readiness of “larger” (than paving and painting) projects.

After all, the Hamilton Canal District has already received approval of its environmental impact report by the State, and the City agencies have approved the special zoning code. And now the design for the initial phase of infrastructure is being held up for community review.
Now to get the funding, both public and private.
