Question from Elliot on non-local aid hits to City budget:
Lynch: Some grants, other reimbursements from state shrinking.
Good news is city is picking up more local receipts, from new growth that we didn’t anticipate.
Close ice and snow budget deficit.
Bigger issue is FY2011, more than likely will decrease local aid. Working to develop forcast and presenting that.
